Ingredients:

  1. Ginger – 1 Piece (An inch or so)
  2. Garlic – 8 Cloves
  3. Green Chillies – 2

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixer grinder.
  2. Grind them well to the consistency of a paste.
  3. Your Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste is ready.

Chef’s Tip:

  1. You cannot store (preserve) this Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste for more than 24 hours in your fridge.
