Sev Ke Pakode Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
  1. Agrawal 420 Moong Bhajiya – 1 packet
  2. Water – 450 ml
  3. Sev – 1/2 cup
  4. Onion – 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  5. Coriander (Green) Chutney – 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt – As per taste
  7. Oil – For frying purpose
  8. Chaat Masala – To sprinkle on top (optional)

Method:
  1. Take a bowl and empty out the Agrawal 420 Moong Bhajiya packet in it.
  2. Add water to the bowl and mix it well until there are no lumps remaining.
  3. Cover it with a lid and leave it like that for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, you should mix Sev, Onion, and Coriander (Green) Chutney together to form a thick dough.
  5. Make small balls of this dough.
  6. After 15-20 minutes, dip these small balls of the fresh Sev-n-Onion mixture in the batter.
  7. Make sure to coat the balls evenly with the batter from all sides.
  8. Drop the mixture balls one-by-one in the medium hot oil.
  9. Fry them until they turn golden brown in colour, and then take them out on an absorbent paper.
