Smoked Masala Chaach


  1. Curd – 1 cup
  2. Water – 1 cup
  3. Black Pepper – 1 tsp
  4. Black Salt – 1 tsp
  5. Regular Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
  7. Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
  8. Fresh Mint Leaves
  9. Burning Coal
  10. Hing – A pinch
  11. Jeera Powder – A pinch
  12. Ghee – 1 tsp

  1. Add Curd, Water, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Salt, Jeera Powder, Coriander leaves & Mint Leaves to a blender & blend everything well.
  2. Then place a bowl on the Chaach with Hot Coal in it. Sprinkle Jeera Powder and Hing on it.
  3. Top the coal with Ghee and cover it with a lid immediately.
  4. After 5 mins, remove the lid, remove the bowl and your Smoked Masala Chaach is ready to serve.
  5. Serve it chilled. Enjoy!

Chef’s Tips:

  1. Be really quick while covering the bowl with a lid else you will lose all the smoke.
