  1. Bread slices – 4
  2. Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  3. Capsicum – ½ (finely chopped)
  4. Mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon
  5. Carrot – ¼ (finely chopped)

  1. Put all the veggies in a bowl.
  2. Take a tablespoon of mayonnaise and put it in the bowl as well.
  3. Give it a nice mix.
  4. Cut the edges of the bread slices carefully.

  6. Take another bread and apply the mixture spread lavishly, covering it with another slice like a sandwich.
  7. Cut the sandwich into 2 halves diagonally.
